In an age where our brains are constantly multitasking studies show that in general our ability to focus is degenerating. As a result the chances of you as a parent reading this whole page is pretty slim. Sorry for being a wisecrack.

Animal Spotting is a game for Pre-Schoolers training their ability to focus and enhancing their short-term memory. The game also teaches about animal names and their habitats.

SO, WHY TRAIN SHORT-TERM MEMORY AND THE ABILITY TO FOCUS?
Because our ability to hold, process and use information in real time greatly affects how well we learn. Research shows that short-term memory skills are a better predicator of later academic achievement than IQ scores. Moreover, unlike IQ, working memory does not correlate with the parents’ socioeconomic status or educational level.
